Because reliable, automated tools for direct mail production were non-existent, he built his own custom software applications to control the large, complex campaigns he was managing. GrayHair Software was created to provide direct marketing companies with the tools needed to organize and direct the production of their own increasingly complex campaigns.

Angelo brings over 20 years of experience in the mailing industry with an expertise in bridging the gap between technology and regulations. Before joining the GrayHair team, he was the manager of Postal Affairs at RR Donnelley; prior to that, he was with Metromail and Experian managing software development. He is the Vice President of New Product Development and Postal Affairs, crearing new technology to expand the use of PostalOne!® into electronic postage payment, postage reconciliation and future electronic technologies..

Ray brings to GrayHair an enhanced focus on their core mail tracking capabilities, ACS services, address quality and address improvement related initiatives. He comes with nearly two decades of experience at Pitney Bowes / Group1 Software, where he was Director of Coding Solutions. Ray is a globally-recognized innovator and expert in software development for postal and USPS-related applications. He is a graduate of Salisbury University with an advanced degree from The George Washington University.

John brings over 25 years of sales and management experience in direct marketing to GrayHair and has excelled in the development of large national accounts. In the past, he has worked with leading companies including Columbia House, Bookspan, and Disney and is ideally suited to growing the company’s success. Prior to joining, John held senior positions with Experian, Dun & Bradstreet and the American List Counsel. He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a BS in Business Administration.

Mark brings over 10 years of experience in application architecture, design and development, database design and management, and systems optimization to GrayHair. Paula brings over 15 years of expertise in product management and postal affairs to the team. Prior to joining, she served as Director of Product Management at BCC Software and held the position of Senior Product Manager at Firstlogic. Paula is an active force in the postal industry through her membership in MTAC and WILDS (Women in Logistics & Delivery Services) and is consistently invited to speak at events including the National Postal Forum and Graph Expo.

Josh brings more than 15 years experience in the direct mail industry including intricate knowledge of both mail owners and lettershop operations. He is a graduate of Boston College majoring in Marketing and Information Systems which made him an integral part of GrayHair during the company’s launch. After spending time with a leading New Jersey lettershop, Josh returned to the company to serve in his current role where he is integral in the acquisition and support of clients.
