Return Mail Management

This service allows mailers to manage the return of undeliverable USPS® mail that is not captured by normal ACS™ methods.

Though this is a small percentage, if you are mailing large campaigns this could represent a substantial savings. This mail is captured manually through the use of OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and then matched to your current ACS database. Return Mail Management identifies close to 100% of bad addresses.

This managed service can also be used for sensitive mailing where the final destination for the pieces can be controlled. These pieces can be redirected from the USPS to a location of your choice for proper destruction or to be opened to remove any needed materials.
